During the work at VNIRO, new directions have been developed in the field of fisheries regulation; conditions and methods of processing, transportation and storage of aquatic biological resources have been improved; a methodological base in the field of technological rationing has been created; some theoretical and applied problems of rational use of raw materials have been solved; resource-saving technologies have been created and regulatory and technical documentation for monitoring and accounting for the catch of IBD has been prepared.
Developed: express method of bioassay of feed flour and compound feeds; new technologies for cooling fish; a method for processing crabs with ultrasound, which allows to increase the yield and preserve the quality without the use of phosphates; analogues of caviar from secondary fish raw materials; technologies for processing sturgeon fish; new methods of salting fish are justified. The software for technological rationing has been created. New approaches to the regulation of pollock and Far Eastern salmon fishing are scientifically substantiated.
The developed regulatory and technical documents have been implemented at more than 120 enterprises of the industry.
The created scientific system of technological rationing provides regulation of fisheries activities in the field of rational use of raw materials of aquatic origin, control of actual сatches, protection of aquatic biological resources both in the Russian Federation and at the international level.
